Joint-stock company for construction and management of residential and commercial properties significant to the country — Skopje

The subject of the procurement, namely presentation of residential and business area managed by the Joint Stock Company for Construction and Management of Residential and Business Premises of interest for the Republic — Skopje, includes the following types of service:
1. For registration of the rights to the real estates — measurement of interior area of flats or business premises with/without basement/underground garage in a collective building.
2. For registration of the rights to real estates — measurement of interior area including measurements of outlines of family residential houses or business structure /reservoir/silo.
2.1. Interior area of up to 150 m²;
2.2. Interior area from 150 m² 200 m²;
2.3. Interior area from 201 m² 250 m²;
2.4. Interior area from 251 m² 300 m²;
2.5. Interior area from 301 m² 350 m²;
2.6. Interior area of over 350 m².
3. For entering of the rights to the real estates with measurement of interior area, including measurement of outline of independent accessory structure (garage, stable, shed, etc.)
4. For entering of the rights to real estates with unregistered rights with field measurement of empty cadastral lot.
5. For realization of urban plan by field measurement.
5.1. For realization of urban plan by field measurement — for a number of lots

— 4 and more than 4 cadastral lots.
6. For realization of urban plan/expropriation/privatization of construction land without field measurements.
6.1. For realization of urban plan/expropriation/privatization of construction land without field measurements — for a number of lots

— 4 and more than 4 cadastral lots.
7. For physical division by field measurements
7.1. For physical division by field measurements for a number of lots

8. For physical division without field measurements.
8.1. For physical division without field measurements — for a number of lots
— 3 cadastral lots,

9. For preparation of updated geodetic documentation covering an area of up to 1 hectare.
9.1. For preparation of updated geodetic documentation covering an area of over 1 hectare.
— Coverage of an area of 1 4 ha,
— Coverage of an area of 4 10 ha,
— Coverage of an area of over 10 ha,
— Coverage beyond construction area.
10. For marking of structures of regular geometrical shape.
11. For marking of structures of irregular geometrical shape.
Obligatory application of the Macedonian Standards MKS EN that comply with the European standards, European Technical Approvals (European Technical Attestation), the common technical specifications that are used in the European Union, the international standards or other technical instructions introduced by the European standardization authorities.
