Detailed description of the Public Procurement Contract subject matter and the requisite quantities are given in the technical specifications, which are an integral part of the Tender Documentation.
The printing services will be provided on special types of paper:
— printing od tickets for validation on inner-city and outer-city lines provided by the Contracting Authority;
— printing of other types of stickers and cards provided by the Bidder.
The printing services are grouped in the specifications. The specification shall contain reference data on the name of each printed ticket, the printing terms, design, data content, template, and other additional data.
Appendix: — Specification, and
— Types of tickets for which the bidders will provide a sample.

Техничка и професионална способност:
The Economic Operator has to posses a technical capability to effectuate the subject service covered in the technical specification as per the business activity standards.
2.4.2 In order to prove its technical or professional capability, the Economic Operator should submit a sample on the types of tickets, defined and prepared as stated in part III Technical specifications. The samples shall be submitted on the day of public bid opening, as part of the Bid and shall be compliant with the minimum requisite technical properties and design.
