For the purpose of proving its personal situation, the economic operator shall submit the following documents:

— Statement by the economic operator that it has not been pronounced, in the last 5 years, effective court decision for participation in criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering;

— Certificate that it is not subject to bankruptcy procedure issued by a competent authority;

— Certificate that it is not subject to liquidation procedure issued by a competent authority;

— Certificate on paid taxes, contributions and other public duties by the competent authority in the country where that economic operator is established;

— Certificate from the Register of penalties for criminal deeds done by legal entities that no sanction has been pronounced to the…

… economic operator regarding prohibition of participation in public announcement procedures, award of public contracts and public-private partnership contracts;

… Economic Operator regarding temporary or permanent prohibition of performance of individual activity;

— Certificate that the Economic Operator has not been pronounced, by an effective court decision, a sanction for misdemeanor resulting in prohibition of pursuing professional activity or duty, i.e., temporary prohibition of performance of individual activity.

Економска и финансиска состојба:

Documents that prove the economic status of the Economic Operator are necessary as follows:

Financial Statement certified by a competent authority, i.e., revised Financial Statement, or excerpt from the Financial Statement in case when announcement of the Financial Statement is prescribed by law in the country where the Economic Operator is registered;

Certificate on the total turnover of the company (data from the Profit and Loss Account issued by a competent authority, i.e., revised Profit and Loss Account) for the last 3 years, and where appropriate, certificate on the turnover related to the field covered with the public contract, for the last 3 fiscal years at the most for which such data is available depending on the date on which the company was founded or started with activities as well as the availability of such data.

Техничка и професионална способност:

Necessary documents for proving the technical and professional ability of the Economic Operator:

— Valid license for trading with electric power or electric power supply issued by the Energy Regulatory Commission.

— Documents for proving that it possesses the EIC code issued by stock holding company MEPSO — Skopje as performer of the activity related to transmission of electric power.

— Document for proving that it is registered participant in the electric power market in accordance with the Rulebook on Electric Power Market of the Energy Regulatory Commission.

— Contract on Balanced Liability with an operator at the electric power market in compliance with the Rulebook on Electric Power Market.

— Evidences/documents are submitted in original or as certified copies.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— License for trading with electric power or electric power supply issued by the Energy Regulatory Commission.

— Possessing EIC code issued by the stock holding company MEPSO — Skopje as performer of the activity — transmission of electric power.

— Registered participant in the electric power market in accordance with the rules on electric power market issued by the Energy Regulation Commission.

— To have signed an agreement with an operator on the electric power market regarding balanced liability in accordance with the Rules on the Electric Power Market.
