— Statement that during the last five (5) years the economic operator was not convicted for participation in criminal organization, for corruption, embezzlement or money laundering;

— Statement that is not in a bankruptcy procedure;

— Statement that is not in a liquidation procedure;

— Proof of payment from an appropriate institution from the country where the economic operator is registered for paid taxes, contributions and other public payments;

-—- Proof from the Registry for sentencing legal entities for illegal activities that there is no secondary penalty against the economic operator prohibiting the economic operator to participate in procedures of public announcements, awarding of contracts for public procurement, and public-private partnership contracts;

— Proof from the Registry for sentencing legal entities for illegal activities that there is no secondary/temporary or permanent prohibition against the economic operator prohibiting the economic operator to carry out a particular activity;

Proof that there is no court order against the economic operator prohibiting the economic operator to perform its profession, activity, or obligation, or a temporary prohibition to carry out a particular activity;

To prove its ability for performing professional activity the economic operator must submit:

— Registration Document

Document of registration is required as a proof that the economic operator is registered as a natural person or a legal entity for performing the activity affiliated with the Contract of Public Procurement or as a proof that belongs to an appropriate professional association in accordance with the regulation of the country where it is registered.

— List of main deliveries of the object of procurement (reference list) of the Offerors and candidates, completed during the last three (3) years or for the ones that there is available information in this regard depending on the date when the firm was registered or started working, with values, dates, buyers, with secured confirmation or statement from the users of the supplies;

— Description of the technical equipment and competence of the economic operator, measures for ensuring the quality and its equipment and capability for research/document as a proof of the technical conditions which the economic operator has in its disposal, and are important for quality maintenance;

— Statement for engaged technical personnel and technical bodies regardless whether they directly belong to the economic operator or not;

— Catalogue with precisely marked pages of the offered catalogue number;

— Statement for on time and quality delivery;

— Statement from an authorized and educated servicer;

— Certificate of product quality;

— Certificate for the quality of the manufacturer;

— Certificate from an authorized Servicer

— ISO Certificate.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— Delivery completion of the object of procurement to Offerors or candidates during the last 3 years;

— Technical equipment and capability/technical conditions important for quality maintenance;

— On time and quality delivery.
