— certificate that bankruptcy proceeding is not open by a competent authority;
— certificate that liquidation proceeding is not open by a competent authority;
— certificate for paid taxes, contributions and other public duties by the competent authority of the country where the economic operator is established;
— certificate from the Registry of penalties for crimes committed by legal…
… persons, that it was not imposed minor penalty ban on participation in public tender procedures, awarding agreements on public procurement and agreements for public-private partnership;
… persons that it was not imposed minor penalty for temporary or permanent ban on performing certain activity;
— certificate that it was not imposed misdemeanor sanction – prohibition to perform profession, activity or duty i.e. temporary prohibition to perform certain activity.
Техничка и професионална способност:
Lot 1:
— Evidence that the Bidder is registered as an operator in AEC;
— Written statement which confirms that it disposes of nationally developed IP network, table of equipment which is used for MPLS network technology, based on MPLS network technology and wired infrastructure;
— Written certificate that the MPLS network is redundantly connected through geographically distributed wire links and possibility for fast rerouting of traffic;
— List of main Services of the bidders or the candidates, performed in the past three years, with values, dates, buyers (contracting authorities or economic operators);
— Statement about the number of installed MPLS VPN points;
— At least 3 receipts for quality delivery of MPLS based on MethoEthernet or VPN services, signed or verified by users;
— Statement about SLA parameters which will be regulated with an agreement:
Manner of registration of interferences.
Manner of calculation of penalties.
Delivery of a monthly report on interferences.
— Statement about engaged technical staff for realization of the procurement;
— Description of the technical equipment and competence of the economic operators, quality insurance measures and its equipment;
— Statement for support on free telephone number 24 x 7 x 365.
Lot 2:
— Statement about the technical equipment and competence of the economic operator and about the other potentials it has at its disposal, for the purpose of realization of the specific procurement and provision of quality.
— Bidder's list of services (reference list) for the past 3 years, with values, dates and users.
— Statement about engaged technical staff and technical authorities with minimum 2 certified professionals with enclosed copies of M1/M2 for permanent employment at the bidder, with some of the following certificates: CCNA, CCNP, CCVP, CCSP.
Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:
Lot 1:
— The bidder should be an operator of public telecommunication networks, registered in AEC.
— The bidder should dispose of nationally developed IP network, based on MPLS network technology and wired (optical and/or copper) infrastructure. Through such network, the bidder should dispose of a possibility for provision of the service in all parts of Macedonia, which would be a basis for meeting the needs for development of the network of PDIM.

— The MPLS network of the bidder should be redundantly connected through geographical distributed links and the same should provide fast rerouting of traffic in case of fall out of some of its parts.
— The bidder should have previous experience in the provision of services based on MPLS technology of min. 3 years.
— The bidder should have installed minimum 300 MPLS VPN points.
— List of services of the bidder (reference list) for the past 3 years with values, dates and users.
— The bidder should deliver a statement about SLA parameters which will be delivered and regulated with an agreement for the VPN services.
— Engaged technical staff for realization of the procurement.
— Technical equipment and competence of the economic operator for provision of the specific procurement and provision of the quality of procurement.
— The bidder should provide support at a free telephone number 24 x 7 x 365.
Lot 2:
— Statement about technical equipment and competence of the economic operator for provision of the specific procurement and provision of the quality of procurement;
— List of services of the bidder (reference list) for the past 3 years with values, dates and users;
— The bidder should dispose with at least 2 certified employees in his organization (in the office in R. Macedonia) who have some of the following certificates: CCNA, CCNP, CCVP, CCSP, appropriately to the existing equipment of the Fund IV.2.5) Standards for quality systems:
