— minimum of 3 contracts or letters of confirmation from purchasers for contracted deliveries in a total amount of at least 5 000 000 MKD;

— statement for engaging technical staff regardless of whether they directly belong to the economic operator;

— statement with a description of the technical equipment and capacity of the economic operator;

— statement for educational or professional qualifications of the professional staff and persons in charge of the particular procurement.
