— Statement of the economic operator that, within the last 5 years, he/she has not had any legally effective judgement for participation in a criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering, pronounced against him/her;
— Confirmation that he/she is not subject to a bankruptcy procedure opened by a competent authority;
— Confirmation that he/she is not subject to a liquidation procedure opened by a competent authority;
— Confirmation of paid taxes, contributions and other public dues issued by a competent authority in the country where the economic operator is registered;
— Confirmation from the Registry of Offences for Committed Crimes by Legal Persons that a secondary sentence for prohibition of participation on public bidding procedures or awarding of public procurement or public private partnerships contracts has not been issued against him/her;

— Confirmation from the Registry of Offences for Committed Crimes by Legal Persons, that a secondary sentence for provisional or permanent prohibition to execute a specific business activity has not been issued against him/her;
— Confirmation that there is no legally effective judgement imposing a misdemeanour sanction involving prohibition to perform a profession, activity or duty, or prohibition to perform a specific activity, imposed against him/her.

— Reference list of at least 30 titles of foreign authors translated into Macedonian published by the Economic Operator in the last 5 years (2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013), by stating the titles of the published issue, publisher, year of publishing, circulation and CIPcataloguing;

— Statement confirming that the Bidder will provide adequate and quality translators, that is to say, translations, foreword authors, and proof-readers in case it is selected as the most favourable bidder;
— Statement confirming that the economic operator, in case it has been selected as the most favourable bidder, will submit a list of persons that will be included in the realization of the procurement (translator, proofreader, foreword author);
— Statement that it will ensure the books for the Project ‘Stars of the World Literature’ are produced (printed) in a quality manner, as per the technical specifications of the Tender;
— Notification of the contract elements that the Economic Operator intends to subcontract to a subcontractor.

— At least 30 published titles in the last 5 years (2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013) by foreign authors, translated into Macedonian with circulation of at least 500 copies per issue.
