— Confirmation of paid taxes, contributions and other public dues issued by a competent authority in the country where the economic operator is registered,

— Confirmation from the Registry of Offences for Committed Crimes by Legal…

… Persons that a secondary sentence for prohibition of participation on public bidding procedures or awarding of public procurement or public private partnerships contracts has not been issued against him/her,

Економска и финансиска состојба:

— Document on registered business activity DRD form,

— Report on the Balance Sheet certified by the competent authority, or audited Balance Sheet, or excerpts from the Report on the Balance Sheet in cases when the disclosure of the Balance Sheet is prescribed by the law in the country where the economic operator is registered.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди: — Positive financial operations in the last three years (2011, 2012, 2013).
Техничка и професионална способност:

— Reference list of at least 30 titles of foreign authors translated into Macedonian published by the Economic Operator in the last 5 years (2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013), by stating the titles of the published issue, publisher, year of publishing, circulation and CIP-cataloguing,

— Statement confirming that the Bidder will provide adequate and quality translators, that is to say, translations, foreword authors, and proof-readers in case it is selected as the most favourable bidder,

— Statement confirming that the economic operator, in case it has been selected as the most favourable bidder, will submit a list of persons that will be included in the realization of the procurement (translator, proof-reader, foreword author),

— Statement that it will ensure the books for the Project “Stars of the World Literature” are produced (printed) in a quality manner, as per the technical specifications of the Tender,

— Notification of the contract elements that the Economic Operator intends to subcontract to a subcontractor.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— At least 30 published titles in the last 5 years (2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013) by foreign authors, translated into Macedonian with circulation of at least 500 copies per issue.

Bid guarantee 3 %.

Performance guarantee 15 %.
