Способност за вршење на стручната дејност:

— Document for registered activity

— License for the energy business wholesale of oil and oil derivatives issued by the Energy Regulatory Commission of the Republic of Macedonia, and foreigners — economic operators license or other appropriate document for performing energy activity — wholesale of oil and oil derivatives issued by a competent authority in accordance with regulations of the country where it is registered.

— A declaration by the economic operator that in the last 5 years was not an rendered effective sentence for participation in a criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering;

— Confirmation that no bankruptcy procedure by the competent authority;

— Confirmation that it is not subject to liquidation proceedings by the competent authority;

— Receipt for paid taxes, contributions and other public duties by the competent authority of the country in which the economic operator is established;

— Certificate from the Registry of penalties for crimes committed by legal persons that have been…

… stated a ban on participation in public tender procedures, awarding contracts and agreements for public-private partnerships;

… imposed minor penalty temporary or permanent prohibition of a specific activity;

Техничка и професионална способност:

— Reference list of the principal deliveries effected in the past three years, with the values, dates, clients (both contracting authorities and economic operators)

— proof of disposal with minimum three (3) registered vehicles, tanks for oil deliveries (copies of permits for road tankers),

— Statement of technical equipment and staff,

— Statement on the technical staff and technical bodies regardless of whether they belong to the economic operator, and a statement by the persons responsible for quality control,

— Certificates of calibration of measuring instruments for pouring oil.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— To have completed delivery of the same or similar goods in the past 3 years (2011, 2012 and 2013),

— To dispose of technical equipment (equipment, speciality vehicles, tank trucks) i.e. dispose of at least three (3) specialized vehicles tankers,

— To dispose of the professional staff,

— To possess attest for calibration of measuring instruments for pouring oil.

Извршување на договорот
Потребни депозити и гаранции:

The most favourable economic operator is obliged to provide performance guarantee in the form of banking guarantee.

The amount of the performance guarantee is 5 % of the estimated value of the contract annually. The guarantee should be valid for the entire duration of the contract, that the economic operator is required to submit a bank guarantee valid for 12 months for the 1

The performance guarantee of the contract shall be returned to the contractor within 14 days from the date of full completion of the contract.
