List 1 — Earthworks, masonry, concrete and reinforced concrete works;
List 2 — Carpentry, parquetry, glass-works, ceramic works and terrazzo works, plastering and painting, isolation works;
List 3 — Tinsmith's works, covering works and locksmith's works;
List 4 — Water pipeline, sewerage and sanitary works;
List 5 — Electricity works;
List 6 — Heating works;
List 7 — Engagement of workers.

For the purpose of proving its personal situation, the economic operator shall submit the following documents:

— Statement by the economic operator that it has not been pronounced, in the last 5 years, effective court decision for participation in criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering;

— Certificate that it is not subject to bankruptcy procedure issued by a competent authority;

— Certificate that it is not subject to liquidation procedure issued by a competent authority;

— Certificate on paid taxes, contributions and other public duties by the competent authority in the country where that economic operator is established;

— Certificate from the Register of penalties for criminal deeds done by legal entities that no sanction has been pronounced to the…

… economic operator regarding prohibition of participation in public announcement procedures, award of public contracts and public-private partnership contracts;

… Economic Operator regarding temporary or permanent prohibition of performance of individual activity;

— Certificate that the Economic Operator has not been pronounced, by an effective court decision, a sanction for misdemeanor resulting in prohibition of pursuing professional activity or duty, i.e., temporary prohibition of performance of individual activity.

Економска и финансиска состојба:

Documents that prove the economic status of the Economic Operator are necessary as follows:

Financial Statement certified by a competent authority, i.e., revised Financial Statement, or excerpt from the Financial Statement in case when announcement of the Financial Statement is prescribed by law in the country where the Economic Operator is registered;

Certificate on the total turnover of the company (data from the Profit and Loss Account issued by a competent authority, i.e., revised Profit and Loss Account) and where appropriate, certificate on the turnover related to the field covered with the public contract, for the last 3 fiscal years at the most for which such data is available depending on the date on which the company was founded or started with activities as well as the availability of such data.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— Minimal average turnover for the last 3 (three) years of not less than 100 000 EUR in MKD equivalent (6 000 000,00 MKD) in the field of the registered activity of the tenderer — economic operator (construction, construction-handicraft, handicraft, installation and other works for running and investment maintenance of structures).

Техничка и професионална способност:

Necessary documents for proving the technical and professional ability of the Economic Operator:

— Minimum 5 (five) contracts of the same or similar type as the subject of the procurement concluded with public enterprises, state authorities and other institutions and legal entities.

— Minimum 5 (five) certificates issued by contractual authorities for which procurement of the same or similar type has been made, regarding high quality and timely performance of the procurement by the tenderer;

— Technical equipment of the tenderer for the effectuation of the procurement;

— Minimum 2 (two) transportation means owned by the tenderer.

*Evidence — driving license.

— Availability of Tenderer's staff for effectuation of the procurement:

— Minimum 15 (fifteen) employees qualified for the performance of the works (out of whom minimum 1 qualified employee — respectively for the subject of procurement of each list);

— Minimum 2 (two) employees with completed high education (one graduated civil engineer and one graduated architect);

— Minimum 1 (one) employee with completed secondary school education —…

For this minimal condition, no technical support is allowed.

Minimum criteria for definition of technical and professional ability of the Economic Operator:

— Minimum 5 (five) contracts of the same or similar kind as the subject of procurement concluded with public enterprises, state authorities and other institutions and legal entities.

— Technical equipment of the tenderer for the effectuation of the procurement:

— Minimum 2 (two) transportation means in ownership of the tenderer;

— Evidence — driving license.

— Minimum 1(one) employee with completed secondary school education — mechanical technician.

For this minimal condition, no technical support is allowed
