— Confirmation of paid taxes, contributions and other public dues issued by a competent authority in the country where the economic operator is registered;

— Confirmation from the Registry of Offences for Committed Crimes by Legal…

… Persons that a secondary sentence for prohibition of participation on public bidding procedures or awarding of public procurement or public private partnerships contracts has not been issued against him/her;

… Persons, that a secondary sentence for provisional or permanent prohibition to execute a specific business activity has not been issued against him/her;

— Confirmation that there is no legally effective judgment imposing a misdemeanour sanction involving prohibition to perform a profession, activity or duty, or prohibition to perform a specific activity, imposed against him/her.

— Document on registered business activity DRD form.

In order to prove its capability to perform a professional activity, the economic operator should submit a document on registered business activity as proof for being registered as natural or legal person for performing business activity related to the subject matter of the public procurement contract or proof that it belongs to a respective professional association in accordance with the regulations in the country where it is established.

Економска и финансиска состојба:

— Report on the Balance Sheet notarized by the competent authority, or audited Balance Sheet, or excerpts from the Report on the Balance Sheet in cases when the disclosure of the Balance Sheet is prescribed by the law in the country where the economic operator is registered (2010, 2011, 2012).

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

Positive financial operations in the last three years (total for 2009, 2010, 2011).

Техничка и професионална способност:

— Reference list of printed books by the economic operator in the last three years by stating the title of the edition, publisher, year of publishing, and volume of printed copies;

— M1 and M2 forms for at least 5 employees, as proof for employment with the carrier of the procurement;

— At least 3 certificates or rendered services for recepients, and if such certificates may not be provided due to reasons outside the control of the economic operator, only its statement for the rendered services;

— Copy of two printed works as per the technical requirements in the technical specification of the tender documentation published in the last three years;

— Specification of technical equipment and capabilities at disposal to the economic operator for performing the specific service and ensuring the quality;

— 3 test samples of the outlook of the book covers as per the technical specificaion, incl. 3 proposed solutions (for the following areas: history, phylosophy, phsychology), of which, 1 test sample must be made following all features in the technical specificaion in regards to the quality of graphics processing, quality of printing and binding, and the quality of used paper, and book covers;

— Notification on the elements of the contract that the economic operator is intending to subcontract.

— At least 5 full-time employees with the carrier of the procurement.
