— The company shall hold License A for performing supervision of works on first category constructions, issued by the competent authority in the country as per the Law on Construction (Official Gazette of Republic of Macedonia no. 130/09, 124/10, 18/11, 36/11, 54/11, 13/12, 144/12, 25/13, 79/13, 137/13, 163/13, 27/14, 28/14, 42/14 and 115/14) (applies to each member of the group in case bid is submitted by a group of economic operators — JV).

Економска и финансиска состојба:

— Total revenues of 10 000 000 MKD in the last 3 years (aggregate amount for 2011, 2012 and 2013).

The economic operator shall prove that they meet the requirements for the economic and financial situation by submitting the following:

— Copy of the balance sheet reports and income statements data for 2011, 2012 and 2013, certified by a competent authority, i.e. audited balance sheets or abstracts of the report on balance sheets, where balance sheet publication is required under the law of the country where the economic operator is registered.

— Foreign Bidders shall submit copies of Auditor's reports, which shall be positive and issued by a reputable foreign institution registered to provide audit services. Auditor's reports should contain data about the overall economic operations of the Foreign Bidder (for the last 3 years).

Техничка и професионална способност:

— One completed contract for performing supervision of works on construction, reconstruction or rehabilitation of state roads, main streets and boulevards in settlements, airports, and junctions, according to FIDIC contracting terms for construction works in the last three (3) years on an amount of minimum 1 000 000 MKD.

— Minimum 10 employees, of which at least 4 are Bachelors of Civil Engineering — BS CE (VII/1).

— Notification on contract items that the economic operator intends to subcontract to third parties.

Key Personnel:

Engineer's Representative (Resident Engineer / Team Leader)

— With Authorization A for Supervising Engineer in Civil Engineering as per the Construction Law (Official Gazette of Republic of Macedonia no. 130/09, 124/10, 18/11, 36/11, 54/11, 13/12, 144/12, 25/13, 79/13, 137/13, 163/13, 27/14, 28/14, 42/14 and 115/14);

— University Diploma in Civil Engineering;

— Work experience of at least 7 (seven) years;

— Experience in at least 1 (one) project as an Engineer's Representative (Team Leader) or Key Expert of the Supervision Team or Project Manager on construction or reconstruction or rehabilitation of state roads, main streets or boulevards in settlements, airports, or junctions, according to FIDIC contracting terms for construction works, in any country.

Surveyors — 2

— Minimum geodetic technician — surveyor

— At least 5 (five) years of work experience in construction, reconstruction or rehabilitation in civil engineering projects.

The economic operator shall prove that they meet the Technical and professional competence requirements by submitting the following:

— Written confirmation of a high-quality completion of a contracting agreement verified by the Contractor, and a copy of the Contract.

— Copies of M1 and M2 employment forms, or other corresponding forms issued by a competent institution in the domicile country of the economic operator, as well as copies of diplomas;

Key personnel:

For Engineer's Representative (Resident Engineer/Team Leader):

— Copy of Authorization A for an Engineer's Representative in Civil Engineering as per the Construction Law (Official Gazette of Republic of Macedonia no. 130/09, 124/10, 18/11, 36/11, 54/11, 13/12, 144/12, 25/13, 79/13, 137/13, 163/13, 27/14, 28/14, 42/14 and 115/14);

— Copy of the Diploma, and

— Filled out biography form (provided in the bidding documents) of the proposed expert, and copy of M1/M2 employment form, or other corresponding form issued by a competent institution in the domicile country of the economic operator.

For Surveyors — 2:

— Copies of diplomas or corresponding proof of completed education;

— Filled out biography form (provided in the bidding documents) of the proposed expert, and a copy of M1/M2 employment form, or other corresponding form issued by a competent institution in the domicile country of the economic operator.
