Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди: — Positive financial operations in the last three years (2011, 2012, and 2013).
Техничка и професионална способност:

— Reference list of at least 30 published titles of foreign authors translated into Macedonian by the economic operator in the last 5 years (2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013) by stating the title of the published issue, the publisher, the year of publishing, circulation and ISBN numbers,

— Statement confirming that the economic operator, in case it is selected as the most favourable bidder, will submit a list of translators, proof-readers,foreword authors, and editors that will be included in the realization of the procurement subject for each title individually (enclosed to this list, CVs for each translator, proof-reader, foreword author, and editor should be submitted, proof-reader's certificate and statement from each translator,foreword author, and editor should be submitted, agreeing to be part of the realization of the procurement subject for each title individually. We hereby state that the editors should be competent teachers in the field, eminent writers or affirmed social workers),

— The economic operator should submit the draft preliminary design for the book-covers as per the technical specifications,

— Notification on the contract elements intended for subcontracting by the economic operator.

— At least 30 titles of foreign authors translated into Macedonian and published in the last 5 years (2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013)with circulation of above 500 per issue.
