In order to demonstrate their status, the economic operator should submit the following documents:

— declaration by the economic operator that in the last five years he was not pronounced a verdict for participation in a criminal; organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering;

— Confirmation that it is not a subject to bankruptcy procedure…

… by a competent authority;

… for winding by the competent authority;

— Confirmation of paid taxes, contributions and other public duties by the competent authority of the country in which the economic operator is registered;

— certificate from the Registry of penalties for crimes committed by legal entities that it has not been imposed a minor penalty ban on participation in public bidding procedures, granting contracts and agreements for public-private partnership;

— Certificate from the Registry of penalties for crimes committed by legal entities that it has not been imposed a minor penalty — temporary or permanent prohibition for performing professional activity;

— Confirmation that it has not imposed a sanction by verdict - prohibition on performing a profession, activity or duty, i.e. temporary prohibition for performing professional activity;

— Document/Certificate from the Ministry of Health for performing activity — wholesaling drugs.

No documents are required to prove the economic situation of the economic operator.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

No required minimum criteria for determining the economic and financial situation of the economic operator.

Техничка и професионална способност:

Licence for placing medicines/drugs in the Republic of Macedonia, i.e. evidence that the economic operator is licensed and is in a EU member state — Norway, Switzerland, USA, Canada, Japan, Israel, Russia or Turkey, respectively that it has a permission for parallel import in accordance with the law for medicines and medicinal devices;

A list of WHO for pre-qualified vaccines, for the offered vaccine;

Certificate for pharmaceutical product (CPP);

A declaration signed from the economic operator that the date of use of the product should not be shorter than 1 — one year from the day of delivery.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

A list of WHO for pre-qualified vaccines, for the offered vaccine;

Each offered vaccine and antimalarial should posses a certificate of pharmaceutical product (CPP) issued by the competent administrative authority, not older than 2 years and/or document for placing medicinal product issued by the Bureau of Ministry of Health;

— To preserve the shelf life of the subject of the purchase of at least one (1) year from the date of admission.

Извршување на договорот

Warranty for quality performance of the contract in the amount of 10,00 % of the Contract value.

The payment should be done in a period of 90 days from the day the invoice is received.
