In order to prove its personal status, the economical operator should submit the following documents:
— statement of the economic operator stating that no effective verdict has been pronounced in the past 5 years for participation in criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering;
— confirmation that no bankruptcy procedure has been initiated by a competent authority;
— confirmation that no liquidation procedure has been initiated by a competent authority;
— confirmation for paid taxes, contributions and other public fees from the authority competent in the country where the economic operator has been registered;
— confirmation from the Registry for penalties for committed criminal acts of the legal entities stating that no secondary penalty,…
… ban on participation in open call procedures, on awarding of contracts for public procurement and contracts on public-private partnership has been pronounced;
… temporary penalty or permanent ban on the performance of particular activity has been pronounced;
— confirmation stating that no misdemeanour sanction — ban on the performance of the profession, activity or obligation, i.e. temporary ban on the performance of a particular activity has been pronounced with the effective verdict;
Capability for performing professional activity of the economical operator:
— Document for registered professional activity as a proof for registration as a physical person or legal entity for performance of the activity related to the subject of the contract on public procurement or a proof of belonging to a related professional association in accordance with the regulations of the country of registration.

— Certificate for professional activity for performing specialized services with aircraft, thereby, among other, regulating the main prerequisite for performing this type of activity, namely spraying chemicals and water from an aircraft (Exterminating insects in agriculture; Exterminating pests), issued by the Civil Aviation Agency of RM, and pursuant to the Aviation Law of RM (Official Gazette of RM no. 14/06; 24/07; 103/08; 67/10; 24/12; 80/12; 155/12 and 24/14) as well as the regulations of the Rulebook on the manner of performing specialized services with aircraft and the special conditions regarding air-crafts, equipment and other special conditions necessary for safe and regulated work (Official Gazette of RM no. 159/07).
