— confirmation stating that no misdemeanour sanction — ban on the performance of the profession, activity or duty, i.e. temporary ban on the performance of a particular activity has been pronounced with an effective verdict.

— Balance sheet verified by a competent body i.e. an audited balance sheet, or extracts from the balance sheet, in cases when the disclosure of the balance sheet is regulated by law in the country where the economic operator is registered (2012, 2013 and 2014).

Техничка и професионална способност:
— Certificate for the number of persons employed in regular labour relation at the bidder (competent body in the Republic of Macedonia for issuing a certificate for the number of employees is the Employment Agency of RM), not older than 1 month.
— Statement with which the bidder states that if selected as most favourable bidder, he will provide high-quality publication, in accordance with the technical specifications of the tender documentation.

— Minimum 30 titles of books published in the last 3 years (published translations in Macedonian language from foreign language in 2014, 2013, 2012);
