Способност за вршење на стручната дејност:

— Document for registered professional activity (DRA form) as a proof for registration as a physical person or legal entity for performance of the activity related to the subject of the contract on public procurement or a proof of belonging to a related professional association in accordance with the regulations of the country of registration; and

— ‘A’ Licence for supervision of 1

Економска и финансиска состојба:

— Statement of Balance Sheet certified by a competent authority, i.e. audited Income Statement or abstracts from the Balance Sheet in cases when the publishing of the Balance Sheet is prescribed by Law in the country where the economic operator has been registered; or

— Statement of the entire company's turnover (data from the Income Statement issued by a competent institution, i.e. audited Income Statement), and if appropriate, from the turnover in the field it covers with the public procurement contract over the last 3 fiscal years for which such data is available with regards to the date the company has been founded or started work, and depending on the availability of such information.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— The economic operator must have achieved positive financial turnover in each of the last 3 years (2012, 2013 and 2014).

Техничка и професионална способност:

1) Reference list of contracts realized in the last 3 years for at least 1 (one) realized contract for supervision of objects (boulevards and/or streets and/or roads and/or ring roads and/or energy efficient facades) in the amount of at least 10 000 000 MKD, including data on the suppliers, dates and values, submitting at least 1 (one) copy of the contract and 1 (one) confirmation of timely and qualitative realization of the contract relating to the submitted contract.

2) A list of expert staff necessary for the realization of the procurement, submitting copies of M1/M2 forms or contracts of employment and copies of Authorizations for supervision issued by the Chamber of Authorized Architects and Engineers of the Republic of Macedonia, for the required engineers in order to meet the minimum criterion.

3) Statement by the economic operator that he has at his disposal an accredited laboratory for the examination of construction materials, submitting a Certificate of accreditation of the laboratory for the examination of construction materials MKC EN ISO/IEC 17025:2006 or equivalent.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

1) The economic operator must have at least 1 (one) realized contract for the supervision of objects (boulevards and/or streets and/or roads and/or ring roads and/or energy efficient facades) in the value of at least 10 000 000 MKD in the last 3 (three) years.

2) The economic operator must have at least 14 (fourteen) employees or contracted persons, of which:

— at least 2 (two) civil engineers, of which 1 (one) with ‘A’ Authorization for supervision and one with ‘B’ Authorization for supervision over constructions of objects;

— at least 2 (two) architectural engineers, of which 1 (one) with ‘A’ Authorization for supervision and one with ‘B’ Authorization for supervision over constructions of objects;

— at least 2 (two) mechanical engineers, of which 1 (one) with ‘A’ Authorization for supervision and one with ‘B’ Authorization for supervision over constructions of objects;

— at least 2 (two) electrical engineers, of which 1 (one) with ‘A’ Authorization for supervision and one with ‘B’ Authorization for supervision over constructions of objects;

— at least 1 (one) geodetic engineer;

— at least 1 (one) engineer with a Certificate as an expert on evaluating the environmental impact of the projects, in accordance with article 68 of the Law on Environment; and

— at least 4 (four) technicians;

3) The economic operator must have at his disposal an accredited laboratory for the examination of construction materials (geomechanics, asphalt and concrete), that within its accreditation encompasses: geomechanics, aggregates, stone and ceramic, asphalt, bitumen and insulation materials, concrete, steel, cement and construction chemistry. The laboratory needs to possess accredited methods for the examination of wall plaster, with the mark of the standard MKS EN 1015-4:2009 or equivalent and MKS EN 1015-7:2009 or equivalent, Methods for the examination of masonry units, with the mark of the standard MKS EN 772-1:2000 or equivalent, MKS EN 772-3:2006 or equivalent, MKS EN 772-16:2000 or equivalent, MKS EN 772-13:2009 or equivalent, MKS EN 772-20/A1:2009 or equivalent, and the laboratory to possess a Certificate of accreditation MKC EN ISO/IEC 17025:2006 or equivalent.
