— Criteria for determining the capability of the bidder or the candidate,

— In order to prove the personal condition, the economic operator should submit the following documents,

— A declaration by the economic operator that in the last 5 years he was not sentenced for participation in criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering,

— Confirmation that there are no bankruptcy proceedings by a competent authority,

— Confirmation that there is no liquidation procedure by the competent authority,

— Confirmation of paid taxes and other public charges from the competent authority of the country in which the economic operator is established,

— Certificate from the Registry of Penalties for crimes committed by legal entities that he is not sentenced with…

… prohibition of participation in public tender procedures, in award of public procurement contracts and contracts for public-private partnerships,

… a temporary or permanent ban on performing certain activities,

— A certificate stating that with a final verdict he is not sentenced with misdemeanour sanction — ban on performing profession, activity or duty or temporary ban to perform certain activity,

— Ability to perform professional activity of the economic operator.

Required documents proving the economic situation of the economic operator:

— Proper bank statements; or

— Report on the balance sheet certified by a competent authority, i.e. audited balance sheets or extracts from the report for the balance sheet, in cases where publication of the balance sheet is required under the law of the country in which the economic operator is established;

— Statement about the overall turnover of the company (data from the income statement issued by a competent authority, i.e. audited income statement) and, where appropriate, of turnover in the area covered by the public procurement contract maximum for the last 3 financial years for which such data are available depending on the date on which the company was established or started with work and depending on the availability of such information.

Minimum criteria for determining the economic and financial situation of the economic operator:

— Minimum turnover of funds in the last 3 years for an amount not less than 10 000 000 MKD for each year separately.

Техничка и професионална способност:

Required documents proving the technical and professional capacity of economic operator:

— List of works performed in the last 3 years by providing a certificate of satisfactory execution of the most important things; confirmations including value, time and location of the works and references that things are carried out in accordance with the rules of doing business and are duly completed.

— Statement on the educational and professional qualifications of the economic operator or its managerial staff, especially of those persons who are responsible for carrying out the respective works.

— Statement on the technical staff and technical authorities, regardless of whether they belong directly to the economic operator.

— Statement by the economic operator for the average annual number of employees and the number of technical staff in the last 3 years.

— Statement about the technical equipment that the economic operator has available to perform specific works.

— A notice on the elements of the contract which the economic operator intends to subcontract to third parties.

— Photocopy notarized from license A or B for the construction of constructions of 2

Minimum criteria for determining the technical and professional situation of the economic operator:

— to have performed construction works of the same and/or similar subject of the procurement of at least five (5) facilities,

— to have at least 10 permanently employed — technical staff in the last 3 years separately,

— to have the technical equipment available to perform specific tasks,

— to have at least B license for construction of buildings of 2

— Guarantee of the offer: Yes (3 % of the submitted offer);

— Guarantee for quality completion of the contract: Yes (10 % from the value of the contract).
