The contracting authority is obliged to pay the Supplier in a successive manner (according to the contracting authority needs), and in the period of 30 days from the last delivery day in the current month, hereby taking into account the day of the invoice receipt in the Contracting authority archive, on the bank account for which the Supplier shall be notified in written form, after receiving the invoice made on the basis of the receipt signed by the 2 parties.
