— Statement of the economic operator that in the past five years it was not rendered a final judgment for participation in criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering

— Confirmation by a competent organ that a…

— Confirmation for paid taxes, contributions and other public duties by a competent organ in the country where the economic operator was registered

— Certificate from the Registry of penalties for crimes committed by legal persons that minor penalty ban on participation in public tender procedures, awarding contracts and agreements for public-private partnership has not been imposed on him

— certificate from the Registry of penalties for crimes committed by legal persons that a minor penalty for temporary or permanent prohibition of a specific activity has not been imposed over him;

— confirmation that a final judgment - prohibition of professional activity or duty, i.e. temporary prohibition for performing professional activity has not been imposed over him.

— Document for registered activity.

Техничка и професионална способност:

1. List of main deliveries of the economic operator made in the last three years with same or similar type with the subject of the procurement, with values, dates and buyers, as well submission of minimum 3 (three) recommendations from the end users, or if such confirmations may not be obtained due to reasons out of control of the economic operator, only submission of (3) three concluded contracts (copies) with the recipients for realized delivery.

2. Statement from the economic operator that has provided authorized service center or shall provide servicing of the equipment subject of the procurement, in authorized service centre.

3. Certificates for minimum 3 (three) professionals for installation and putting in operation of the subject procurement, regardless of the fact if those professionals immediately belong to the economic operator.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

1. The economic operator should enclose a list of buyers and dates with minimum three (3) confirmations/contracts for successful deliveries in the last three years of same or similar type, with value not lower than 2.000.000 denars separately.

2. Evidence (statement) that the bidder has authorized service center for the offered equipment or has concluded contract with authorized service centre.

3. The economic operator should have minimum 3 (three) certified persons regardless of the fact if those persons immediately belong to the economic operator.

1. ISO Quality management standard – ISO 9001:2008

2. ISO IT services management standard – ISO 20000-1: 2011

The economic operator proves the fulfillment of the standards by submitting the following:

1. Quality management certificate ISO 9001:2008 issued by internationally certified body;

2. IT services management certificate ISO 20000-1: 2011 issued by internationally certified body.
