— Confirmation of paid taxes, contributions and other public duties of a competent authority in the country where the Economic operator is registered;
— Confirmation from the Registry of penalties for committed crimes by legal entities that it has not been rendered a minor penalty…
… prohibition for participation in the procedure for public tender, awarding public procurement contracts and public private partnership contracts;
… temporary or permanent prohibition for performance of a certain activity;

Техничка и професионална способност:
— ‘B‘ license for construction of buildings:
1. To have at least 2 employees with Authorization ‘B’ for construction in civil engineering;
2. To posses adequate machinery for construction of civil engineering structures (at least 2 combined trench diggers, roller, at least 2 tipper trucks, construction workers — 10).
— At least 3 contracts for construction of carriageways.
