Техничка и професионална способност:

As a proof of fulfilling the minimal requirements of technical capacity, the economic operator should submit:

— a statement claiming that the operator possesses the technical equipment necessary for realization of the subject of work:

1. Compressor drill;

2. Emulsion distributor;

3. Paver finisher;

4. Vibratory roller compactors;

5. Asphalt cutter;

6. Excavator or dozer;

7. Motor grader;

8. Tipper trucks;

9. Pneumatic tired roller.

— a list of 3 completed projects for bidders or candidates, realized in the past three years, with values, dates, investors (contractual organs or economic operators), as well as three confirmations for completed projects in the past 3 years with the same or similar complexity, issued by the receivers of services.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

In order to qualify as capable to realize the subject agreement for tender regarding their technical or professional capability, the economic operator should fulfil the following minimal requirements:

— The operator should have essential technical equipment at disposal in order to realize the subject of tender:

1. Compressor drill;

2. Emulsion distributor;

3. Paver finisher;

4. Vibratory roller compactors;

5. Asphalt cutter;

6. Excavator or dozer;

7. Motor grader;

8. Tipper trucks;

9. Pneumatic tired roller;

— 3 quality completed projects with the same or similar complexity in the past 3 years.

Извршување на договорот
Потребни депозити и гаранции:

A condition for signing the contract with the winning bidder is providing a performance guarantee in the amount of 5 % of the contract value.

Главни услови за финансирање и аранжмани за плаќање и/или упатување на релевантните одредби што ги уредуваат:

Payments shall be made upon monthly interim payment certificate and final payment certificate. Payment under the final payment certificate will be made 90 days after receipt of a positive report on fully completed construction works by the controllers of the Agency for Financial Support of Agriculture and Rural Development.

Правна форма што треба да ја преземе групата економски оператори на која ќе се додели договорот:

Any interested domestic and foreign legal or natural entity — bidder who is registered for activity that is related to the subject of the contract for public procurement has the right to place a bid.

A group of bidders also has the right to place a bid(where the bid is prepared in accordance with conditions and requirements specified for a group of bidders in the tender documentation) without an obligation for joining in appropriate legal form. The contracting authority will not require the group of bidders to join in certain legal form if the group is selected as the winner of the procurement.
