Municipality of Sveti Nikole

Construction of sanitary sewerage system for disposal of faecal waste water and connecting with sewerage system between upper and lower village of Crniliste in Municipality of Sveti Nikole. With this construction works it will help to the 500 people who lives in upper and lower village of Crniliste to solve the problem with the faecal waste water problems. Тhe sewerage system needs to be constructed with pipes PP-HM with diameter of the pipes DN 200 mm 250 mm and 300 mm. It predicts narrow excavation with vertical sides. Excavation over 1 meter required to work with sub construction of the trench.

To prove the personal situation economic operators should provide this necessary documents:

— Statement by the economic operator that in the last 5 years he didn't get final verdict for participation in criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering.

— Confirmation that no bankruptcy procedure was issued by the competent authority.

— Confirmation that no liquidation procedure was issued by a competent authority.

— Confirmation for paid taxes, contributions and other public duties issued by competent authority from the country where economic operator is registered.

— Confirmation from the Registry of penalties for criminal offences for…

… the legal entities, that it is not imposed of a charge to participate in actions based on public call and public procedures.

… legal entities that he is not been imposed of minor penalty temporary or permanent ban for dealing specific activity.

— Confirmation that with final verdict the legal entity is not been charged for performing profession, activity or duty or perform certain activity.

— Document that provides that the legal entity is registered for the activity subject of the contract.

The economic operator needs to deliver document for registration as a proof that he is registered as legal entity for dealing the activity subject of the contract or proof that the legal entity belongs to professional entity according to the regulation of the country where economic operator is registered.

Economic operator should provide Licence B for construction of buildings of second category according to the Law Building of Republic of Macedonia.

Estimated Value of the public procurement is 16 778 950 MKD. This financial funds are provided form the Agency of financial support in the agriculture and rural development according to the Decision of approval based on claim for financial support number 16-3971/5 from 12.8.2015. Value added tax worth 3 020 211 MKD will be held from the Budget of Municipality of Sveti NIkole.
