The works include preparatory works, construction of substructure and upper structure with asphalting. The works may include 1 or more streets to a maximum length of 2 000 m. The works will be carried out successively in a maximum period of 1 year or until the implementation of the planned quantities.

— Confirmation/Certificate for paid taxes, contributions and other public duties of a competent authority from the country where the Economic operator is registered;

— Confirmation/Certificate from the Registry of penalties for committed crimes by legal entities that it has not been rendered a minor penalty…

… prohibition for participation in the procedure for public tender, awarding public procurement contracts and public private partnership contracts;

… temporary or permanent prohibition for performance of a certain activity;

Every tenderer that has legal interest for getting the contract for public procurement and who suffered or could suffer damage from potential breach of the provisions of this Law, can ask for legal remedy against the decisions, actions and omissions for undertaking actions by the Contracting authority in the procedure for granting the Contract for public procurement, incompliance with the conditions and procedure provided with the Public procurement Act. The right to an appeal in a procedure that ends with an electronic auction in terms of determining the capacity of the tenderers and full evaluation of the initial tenders is accomplished after reaching the decision for selection of the best tenderer or annulment of the procedure.

The appeal shall be submitted to the State Commission within 8 days after receipt of the decision for selection of the best tenderer or annulment of the procedure.

The appeal shall be submitted in person or by registered mail to both the contracting authority and the State Commission.
