— statement of the Economic operator that in the past 5 years it has not been rendered a decree absolute for participation in a criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundry;

— confirmation that a bankruptcy procedure has not been opened by a competent authority;

— confirmation that a liquidation procedure has not been opened by a competent authority;

— confirmation of paid taxes, contributions and other public duties of a competent authority in the country where the Economic operator is registered;

— confirmation from the Registry of penalties for committed crimes by legal entities that it has not been rendered a minor penalty prohibition for participation in the procedure for public tender, awarding public procurement contracts and public private partnership contracts;

— confirmation from the Registry of penalties for committed crimes by legal entities that it has not been rendered a minor penalty temporary or permanent prohibition for performance of a certain activity;

— confirmation that with a decree absolute it has not been rendered a misdemeanor sanction — prohibition for performance of a profession, activity or duty, i.e. temporary prohibition for performance of a certain activity;

— document of registered activity;

— DRD Form;

— license B for Contractor of construction works issued by the Ministry of transport and connection of the Republic of Macedonia i.e. an adequate document in the country where it is registered if it is a foreign tenderer.

Техничка и професионална способност:

1. To have at least 2 civil engineers employed by the Economic operator on full-time (attachment M1/M2 Form)

2. To posses mechanization for construction of civil engineering structures, such as:

— tipper trucks — 2 (two);

— trench digger with a operational bucket from 30-70 cm — 1 (one);

— semi-freight vehicle with a cockpit for transport of workers and equipment;

— rollers — 1 (one);

— asphalt cutting saw — 1 (one).

3. To have employed at least 7 construction workers at the Economic operator on full-time — proof M1/M2 form.

4. To be a producer of asphalt and stone cubes.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

1. — to have employed at least 2 civil engineers on full-time at the Economic operator (attachment M1/M2 Form).
