A. Study for setting up bus-stops in the urban part, the same encompasses 68 micro-locations, such as:
— 47 single bus stops in pair of two of two modules, their repair in workshops, transport and assemblage in 43 villages.

— statement of the Economic operator that in the past five years it has not been rendered a decree absolute for participation in a criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundry;
— confirmation that a bankruptcy procedure has not been opened by a competent authority;
— confirmation that a liquidation procedure has not been opened by a competent authority;
— confirmation of paid taxes, contributions and other public duties of a competent authority in the country where the Economic operator is registered;
— confirmation from the Registry of penalties for committed crimes by legal entities that it has not been rendered a minor penalty…
… prohibition for participation in the procedure for public tender, awarding public procurement contracts and public private partnership contracts;
… temporary or permanent prohibition for performance of a certain activity;
— confirmation that with a decree absolute it has not been rendered a misdemeanor sanction – prohibition for performance of a profession, activity or duty, i.e. temporary prohibition for performance of a certain activity
To prove the fulfillment of the specific conditions for performance of the activity regulated pursuant to the law that concerns the object of the Contract, the Economic operator has to submit: License B for Contractor of construction works issued by the Ministry of transport and communications of the Republic of Macedonia i.e. an adequate document in the country where it is registered if the same is a foreign tenderer.To prove its ability to perform a professional activity, the Economic operator has to submit a document of registered activity as proof that it is registered as a physical or legal entity for performance of the activity related to the object of the Public Procurement Contract or proof that it belongs to an adequate professional association in compliance with the regulations of the country where it is registered.
