— certificate by a competent authority from the country of registration of the economic operator for paid taxes, contributions and other public dues;

— certificate by the Register of sentences for committed crimes of legal entities that a secondary sentence…

… prohibiting the participation in open call procedures, contract award procedures and awarding of contracts for public private partnership, has not been imposed;

… for temporary or permanent prohibition on performing a certain activity, has not been imposed;

— certificate that a misdemeanor sanction resulting in prohibition for practising a profession, performing activity or duty, or temporary prohibition on performing a particular activity has not been imposed by a legally valid court decision.

Економска и финансиска состојба:

— Balance sheet statement certified by a competent authority, audited balance sheet or extracts from the balance sheet statement in cases when the disclosure of balance sheet is laid down in the law in the country of registration of the economic operator:

— Extract confirming the overall turnover of the enterprise (data from the income statement issued by a competent authority, audited income statement) and where appropriate, data on revenues generated in the field covered in the public procurement contract for not more than the last three financial years in respect of which data is available depending on the date which the enterprise was founded or commenced operations and depending on the availability of such information.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— A minimum of MKD 30 000 000 total revenue for the past three years (for 2012, 2013 and 2014).

Техничка и професионална способност:

— A list of minimum three developed and approved first category projects over the past three years for first category buildings;

— A minimum of 3 confirmations of quality and timely developed and approved projects provided by the party requesting the service (copy certified by the economic operator);

— List of persons who will be responsible for the execution of the object of procurement with a designated chief designer and designers by stages of development, with the following to be provided about them:

— Architectural design Certificate A;

— CV;

— statements by the persons engaged that they agree to be engaged to develop the project documentation for the object of procurement;

— Evidence M1 and M2 form for a minimum of three degree holding engineers employed on a full time permanent basis by the tenderer, with Architectural design Certificate A;

— notification on the elements of the contract which the economic operator intends to assign to a subcontractor;

— Pursuant to the standards, regulations and technical regulation in force which should be applied in the performance of such types of services;

— The economic operator shall prove that they meet the standards as specified in quality systems by providing ISO 9001 certificate;

— The economic operator shall deliver the object of procurement without any threat to the environment;

— The economic operator shall prove that they meet the environmental management standard by providing a Statement to confirm that the they will deliver the object of procurement without any threat to the environment.
