The design documentation should be elaborated based on: the excerpt from the Detailed Urban Plan (DUP), the design programme signed by the client, the approved preliminary project, the report with the numerical data, the report on geomechanical surveys, the Law on Spatial and Urban Planning and its by-law acts, the Law on Construction and its by-law acts, the Law on Housing, the Rulebook on Standards and Norms for Design of Structures, the Rulebook on Energetic Efficiency of Engineering Structures, the Rulebook on Contents of Projects, Labeling of Projects, Mode of Certification of Projects by persons in charge and Mode of Use of Electronic Records as well as other valid legal regulations related to the subject of procurement. During the elaboration of the design documentation, rational modern and well grounded solutions should be used. General urban-architectonic conditions: Purpose of the structure: A2 — family housing in residential building — area of construction lot 1 953 m² — maximum area of the structure (outline area) = 1 562 m² — maximum percentage of built-up area 80 % — maximum coefficient of utilization 6,40 — maximum gross developed area 12 496 m² — maximum construction height 22,00 m — number of storeys of the structure GF + 6 + Attic — Level of the zero plate — ground floor plate — up to 1,20 m above the kerb Traffic conditions: Parking within the frames of own lot and storey garage anticipated on construction lot 02.04. The access to the construction lot is planned to be on the north side of the newly designed residential street 1.
