Способност за вршење на стручната дејност:
— Document for registered activity (DRA form) as a proof for registration as a physical person or legal entity for performance of the activity related to the subject of the contract on public procurement, and
— Decision/working license (for securing property and people) issued by the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Macedonia, as proof for meeting the special terms for performing the activity regulated by law, referring to the contract subject.
— Balance sheet verified by a competent body, i.e. an audited balance sheet, or extracts from the balance sheet, in cases when the disclosure of the balance sheet is regulated by law in the country where the economic operator is registered; or
— Extract from the overall turnover of the enterprise (datum from the profit and loss account issued by a competent body, i.e. an audited profit and loss account), for the last business year for which such information is available, depending on the date when the enterprise was established or commenced with operation and depending on the availability of such information.

— Proof that the economic operator possesses 10 (ten) patrol vehicles (the economic operator submitting a bid should also submit traffic license, purchase and sale contract, invoices, leasing contracts, inventory list for each vehicle in particular or other proof confirming that the bidder has 10 (ten) patrol vehicles at its disposal, as well as a list of all vehicles at its disposal, and the list should also contain the data as follows: brand and type of vehicle and registration number).
