— certificate that there is no a bankruptcy procedure available from a competent body.

— certificate that there is no a liquidation procedure available from a competent body.

— certificate for tax settlement, contributions and other public liabilities from a competent body.

— certificate of the Register of sentences for violations for legal entities that there is not an available sanction on public call participation, granting contracts for public procurement and public-private partnerships contracts

— Certificate from the Register of sentences for violations for legal entities that there is not an available temporary sanction or permanent stoppage on executing its professional activity

— certificate that there is not an available sanction for violation with an effective sentence — stoppage on exercising the profession, business activity or its duties, respectively, temporary stoppage on exercising its profession

— Activity registration document

— a document for registered activity as a proof that it is registered as legal entity or physical entity for executing the activity regarding the subject of the contract of public procurement or as a proof that it is part of an appropriate professional association according to the regulations of the country it is registered and

— to possess a A License on supervision of buildings of first category, for whom it is needed a Copy of the A license on supervision.

— Balance sheet statement and income statement data issued by the competent body;

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— Total turnover for the last 3 years (2012/13/14) 30 000 000 MKD (thirty million denars).

Техничка и професионална способност:

— Copies of at least one contract for expert-technical supervision of construction/additional construction/reconstruction/renovation of multi-storey buildings, from which one with a minimum value of 3 000 000 MKD, to be submitted a contract copy of the certificate for quality performance of services (certificate data should contain the subject of service/value/time of performance);

— EARM certificate (Employment Agency of R. of Macedonia) on verification of the number of employees, issued not earlier than 15 days from the deadline day on offer submission and a copy of permit A for work supervision.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— at least 1(one) signed contracts for multi-storey buildings construction/additional construction/reconstruction/renovation from which at least one with a value of 3 000 000 MKD with an attached certificate for quality performance of the work

— at least 15 full employees from which 4 engineers (construction/architecture/electro/machinery), with an A permit for supervision.
