IV.2.1) To certify its personal situation, the economic operator must submit the following documents:
— statement of the economic operator that in the last 5 years it has not been criminally charged for participated in criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundry;
— confirmation that there are no bankruptcy proceedings by a competent authority;
— confirmation that there are no proceedings for liquidation by a competent authority;
— confirmation for paid taxes, contributions and other public taxes by competent authority in the country where the economic operator is registered;
— confirmation from the Register of penalties for crimes committed by legal persons that it has not received a minor…

— confirmation that the operator has not received a final court decision: sanction — ban on performing of profession, activity or duty, i.e. temporary prohibition to perform certain activities.
IV.2.2) Ability to perform professional activity by the economic operator:
— Document for registered activity
In order to proof the ability to perform professional activity, the economic operator must submit a document for registered activity as proof that it has been registered as legal or physical entity for performing the activity related to the subject of the contract for public procurement or evidence that it belongs to an appropriate professional association in accordance with the regulations of the country where it is registered.

Confirmation from the ESRM (Employment Agency of the Republic of Macedonia), which confirms the number of employees, issued not earlier than 15 days from the date specified as the deadline for submission of bids.
— At least 2 (two) copies of the contracts for 2 (two) independent international optical links with 1 or more external international operators with portable capacity of each of the links not less than 5 Gbps in both directions,
— Statement signed by the economic operator for the ownership of at least 1 static IP address, private or public, from the range of IP addresses assigned by international organizations for Internet addresses of bidders.

— at least two (2) independent international optical links with 1 or more external international operators with portable capacity of each of the links not less than 5 Gbps in both directions;
— at least 1 static IP address, private or public, from the range of IP addresses assigned by international organizations for Internet addresses of bidders.
