а) Personnel
Minimum 1 (one) B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, who possesses Authorization A for construction in the field of electrotechnics;
Minimum 1 (one) B.Sc. in Traffic Engineering, who possesses Authorization A for construction and Authorization A for designing in the field of traffic engineering;

Statement by the economic operator that the individuals proposed to carry out the subject of the contract shall be available for the contracting authority at all times of the Contract duration;
b) Equipment
Minimum 2 (two) light freight vehicles - pickup truck or transporter (closed type);
1 (one) aerial work platform (AWP) with elevating height over 13 m, to be used for mounting and connecting transformers on posts, replacing lights on street lamps, etc.;
1 (one) truck with special spool for cable unrolling and placing;
1 (one) freight vehicle with minimum 4t carrying capacity, for transport of 12 m tall lampposts;
1 (one) earth excavating machine — trencher;
1 (one) machine for boring/drilling holes underneath the road.
The economic operator shall prove that he meets the requirements by furnishing the following:
For minimum 1 (one) Electrical Engineer, B.Sc.:
— copy of the diploma/proof of completed required education;
— copy of M1/M2 employment form;
— copy/ies of authorization/s issued by competent national authorities, as per the Construction Law in force (Official Gazette of Republic of Macedonia no. 130/2009, 124/10, 18/11, 36/11, 54/11, 13/12, 144/12, 25/13, 79/13, 137/13, 163/13, 27/14, 28/14, 42/14, 115/14, 149/14 and 187/14).

Statement confirming that the freight vehicle can safely transport 12 m tall lampposts.
— For 1 (one) earth excavating machine — trencher:
Proof of ownership or proof of secured access according to Article 154 of the Public Procurement Law, as well as a Statement that it is in use.
