Economic operator should submit a document of registered function as a proof that it is registered as a legal or natural person who performs the function related to subject matter of contract of public procurement or proof that it belongs to proper professional association according to the regulations of the country where it is registered:

— To possess insurance of general liability of economic operator towards third parties in insurance amount of minimum 3 000 000 MKD.
— Description of the technical equipment and qualification of the economic operator, insurance measures of quality and its equipment and qualification for examining and researching.
— Employed technical staff and technical organs nevertheless they belong closely to the economic operator.
— Announcement for the contract elements which economic operator has intention to assign to the producer.
