Услови за учество
Способност за вршење на стручната дејност:

— Statement of the business operator that in the last 5 years no effective sentence has been imposed to him for participation in a criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering,

— attestation that it is not subject to bankruptcy proceedings issued by a competent authority,

— attestation that it is not subject to liquidation proceedings issued by a competent authority,

— attestation for payment of taxes and other public duties issued by the competent authority of the country in which the economic operator is registered,

— attestation from the Registry of penalties for criminal acts of legal persons that no minor penalty has been imposed to ban…

… participation in public procurement procedures, awarding public procurement contracts and contracts for public-private partnership,

… temporary or permanent performance of a specific activity,

— attestation that by means of a final decision, no sanction has been imposed — ban for performing profession, activity or duty, or prohibition to perform certain activities,

— document for registered business.

In order to confirm the capacity for performing the professional activities, the business operator must submit a document for registered business as an evidence that it is registered as physical or legal person for performing the activities related to the scope of the public procurement or an evidence that is part of an appropriate professional association in accordance with the regulations of the country where the business operator is registered.

Техничка и професионална способност:

— List of the principal deliveries of the bidders or candidates performed in the last three years, with values, dates, buyers (contracting authorities or business operators) by providing attestation for the performed deliveries issued by the recipients, or, if such attestations cannot be provided due to reasons which are beyond the control of the business operator, only a statement from the business operator for performed deliveries,

— statement for the technical equipment of the business operator and other available resources for performing the specific service and quality assurance, or statement that is appropriately equipped to meet the scope of the procurement,

— statement on the engaged technical staff and technical bodies regardless of whether they belong directly to the business operator and submission of evidence of their educational and professional qualifications and CV of the required staff,

— statement for participation in laboratory comparative tests organized by international reference laboratories or other accreditation bodies.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— to have experience from relevant previously performed services with successful output,

— to be technically equipped for performance of the services which are covered with the scope of the public procurement contract,

— to have available scientific, professional, technical and assisting personnel in order to be able to perform the public procurement contract,

— to have experience for participation in laboratory comparative tests organized by international reference laboratories or other accreditation bodies.
