2.4.3 The economic operator shall provide evidence of meeting the minimum conditions specified in sub-item 2.4.1 by providing:

— A list of services with a value attached, dates, buyers (contractual authorities or economic operators), accompanied with a confirmation of work performed under contacts issued by the recipients or, if such confirmations are not available for reasons beyond the control of the economic operator, the operator's statement of services delivered will suffice.

— A statement of engaged technical personnel regardless of whether they are employees of the economic operators who are hired on a temporary basis which will also contain information about their qualifications and professional expertise.

2.4.4 The economic operator shall provide evidence of meeting the minimum conditions specified in sub-item 2.4.2 by providing:

2.4.5 The technical and professional capacity of the economic operator may be supported by another entity regardless of the legal relations between the economic operator and the entity. If the economic operator is trying to prove his technical and professional capacity by invoking support by another entity, he shall prove the support by presenting valid evidence that the entity shall make available to the economic operator relevant technical and professional resources. The entity providing technical support shall not be subject to a final judgment of conviction for participation in a criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering.

2.4.6 When economic operators submit bids as a group of economic operators, their technical and professional capacity is proved by taking into consideration the resources of all members of the group. If the group of economic operators participates with technical or professional support by a third entity or third entities, their technical and professional capacity shall be ascertained on the basis of the above stated.
