Техничка и професионална способност:

— List of main deliveries of the bidders or candidates performed in the last 3 years, values, dates, buyers (contracting authorities or economic operators), by providing a certificate of performed deliveries issued by the recipients or if such certificates cannot be provided for reasons beyond the control of the economic operator, only by providing a statement of performed deliveries.

— Valid certificates of the person/persons employed or engaged by the bidder with proof of regular employment (M1 or an appropriate form) or a valid engagement contract:

1. Certified person for Oracle Database 11 g Administrator (or equivalent) or a more recent certificate;

2. Certified person for Oracle Database 11 g Performance Tuning (or equivalent) or a more recent certificate;

3. Certified person for ESRI Certified Enterprise Associate — Enterprise Geodatabase management (or equivalent) or a more recent certificate.

— Statement of the technical equipment and capacity of the economic operator and the other competences it possesses for the performance of the specific services and quality assurance.
