— Confirmation/Certificate that a liquidation procedure has not been opened by a competent authority;
— Confirmation/Certificate for paid taxes, contributions and other public duties of a competent authority from the country where the Economic operator is registered;
— Confirmation/Certificate from the Registry of penalties for committed crimes by legal entities that it has not been rendered a minor penalty…

— Description of technical equipment and competence of the economic operator, as well as measures for ensuring quality and its equipment and ability to investigate and research;
— Certificates Issued by the competent authorities to control the quality of recognized competence that test conformity of products clearly identified by references to specifications or standards;
— Information about the elements of the contract which the economic operator intends to give to the subcontractor.
Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:
— Minimum equipment for maintenance of street lighting - at least 1 (one) special vehicle with platform and hanging baskets. The equipment should be owned by the operator, purchased on leasing, or with a contract for rental or business and technical cooperation. Tenderer must submit appropriate documentation for the equipment (driving license, invoice or contract of purchase and so on.

Every tenderer that has legal interest for getting the contract for public procurement and who suffered or could suffer damage from potential breach of the provisions of this Law, can ask for legal remedy against the decisions, actions and omissions for undertaking actions by the Contracting authority in the procedure for granting the Contract for public procurement, incompliance with the conditions and procedure provided with the Public procurement Act. The right to an appeal in a procedure that ends with an electronic auction in terms of determining the capacity of the tenderers and full evaluation of the initial tenders is accomplished after reaching the decision for selection of the best tenderer or annulment of the procedure.

The appeal shall be submitted in person or by registered mail to both the contracting authority and the State Commission.
