— Certificate for paid taxes, contributions and other public duties by the competent authority of the country where the economic operator is established;

Техничка и професионална способност:
— Experience in relevant previously executed services of the same kind in the last 3 years, i.e. minimum 3 realized agreements in the area that is covered by the public procurement contract providing minimum 3 confirmations for executed services issued by the recipients, or if such confirmations cannot be provided for reasons out of control of the economic operator, statement for the executed services by the economic operator itself.
