Capability to perform professional activity:

1. In order to prove its capability to perform a professional activity, the economic operator needs to submit a document for registered activity, as proof that it is registered as a legal entity for performing the activity related to the subject of the public procurement contract.

2. To possess a valid document for wholesale of medical devices issued by the Drug Agency of the Ministry of Health.

Техничка и професионална способност:

— Authorization of a medicinal product in the territory or temporary authorization for parallel imports or final approval for parallel import issued by the Agency for Medicines and Medical Devices.

— For unregistered medication on the territory to submit a certificate from the Agency for drugs that would authorize the import of unregistered drug on the basis of selection of the best bidder.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

Offered medication have marketing authorization for the medicinal product in the territory of the Republic Macedonia or approval for parallel import (temporary or permanent) in accordance with the Law on Medicines and Medical Devices.

If the medications were not registered on the territory to furnish evidence that will be approved by the importing agency for medicines and medical devices in case of need or grounds prescribed by law on medicines and medical devices.
