In order to prove its personal status, the economical operator should submit the following documents:

— statement of the economic operator stating that no effective verdict has been pronounced in the past 5 years for participation in criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering;

— confirmation that no bankruptcy procedure has been initiated by a competent authority;

— confirmation that no liquidation procedure has been initiated by a competent authority;

— confirmation for paid taxes, contributions and other public fees from the authority competent in the country where the economic operator has been registered;

— confirmation from the Registry for penalties for committed criminal acts of the legal entities stating that no secondary penalty,…

… ban on participation in open call procedures, on awarding of contracts for public procurement and contracts on public-private partnership has been pronounced;

… temporary penalty or permanent ban on the performance of particular activity has been pronounced;

— confirmation stating that no misdemeanour sanction — ban on the performance of the profession, activity or obligation, i.e. temporary ban on the performance of a particular activity has been pronounced with the effective verdict.

Capability for performing professional activity of the economical operator:

— document for registered professional activity.

To prove the capability to perform a professional activity, the economic operator should submit a document for registered activity as proof of registration as a legal entity or natural person for performing the activity related to the subject of the public procurement contract or proof that they belong to a relevant professional association in accordance with the regulations of the country of registration.

Економска и финансиска состојба:

The following documents are necessary in order to prove the economic capability of the economic operator:

— statement of the total turnover of the company (data from the income statement issued by a competent authority, i.e., audited income statement) for the last 3 financial years for which such data are available depending on the date the company was established or commenced work and depending on the availability of such information.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

Minimum criteria for determining the economic and financial status of the economic operator:

— Positive financial performance in the last three financial years (2012, 2013 and 2014);

— Achieved for each of the last three financial years — a total income of at least 12 300 000 MKD.

Техничка и професионална способност:

Technical or professional capability of the economic operator:

documents necessary to prove the technical and professional capability of the economic operator:

1) filled-in form for the reference list* with information regarding the 3 minimum realized events, forums, and/or congresses including: service user (contracting authorities or economic operators), type of event, forum and/or congress, time of execution, industry and contact person with phone number/e-mail address, attached certificate of services provided or issued by recipients, or, if such certificates can not be provided due to a reason beyond the control of the economic operator, a statement of services rendered will suffice;

2) A statement indicating the team members that will be engaged (minimum of 2) regardless of whether they belong directly to the economic operator, with an attached short CV (resume) of both members of the team, which will be able to establish the required experience;

3) Notification regarding the elements of the contract which the economic operator intends to subcontract to third parties.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

Minimum criteria needed for establishing the technical and professional condition of the economic operator:

1) To have realized a minimum of 3 events, forums, and/or congresses in the last 3 years, specializing in the target industries referred to in item 5 of the technical specification. In addition, each of the events, forums, and/or congresses need to cover at least one target industry;

2) Have a team consisting of a minimum of 2 members with a minimum of 3 years of experience in organizing events, forums, and/or congresses to attract foreign investments in one of the target industries referred to in item 5 of the technical specification.

Note: the target industries for each of the parts are listed in item 5 of the technical specification.
