Услови за учество
Способност за вршење на стручната дејност:
To prove its personal standing, the operator shall submit the following documents:
— A declaration by the economic operator that in the last 5 years, he was rendered a verdict for participation in criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering;
— Confirmation that there is no bankruptcy proceedings by a Competent Authority;
— Confirmation that is not subject for liquidation procedure by the Competent Authority;
— Confirmation of paid taxes and other public charges from the Competent Authority of the country where the economic operator is registered;
— Confirmation from the Registry of Penalties for crimes committed by legal entities that…
… were not imposed a penalty on participation in public tender procedures, the award of public procurement contracts and public-private partnerships;
… is not imposed a temporary or permanent prohibition of professional activity;
— A confirmation stating that there has not been imposed sanction ban on performing profession, activity or duty or prohibition to perform certain activity.
Економска и финансиска состојба:
— Appropriate statements from banks,
— Balance sheets certified by a Competent Authority, i.e. audited balance sheets or extracts from the balance sheets, where publication of the balance sheet is required under the law of the country in which the economic operator is registered.
Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:
Total annual turnover of 40 000 000 MKD in the last 3 years for each year separately.
Техничка и професионална способност:
— Experience of relevant previous works which successfully are performed,
— Educational and professional qualifications: empowering engineers performance in the field of construction — a minimum of 2 civil engineers who: 1) authorization A, 2) authorization B (employed by the economic operator with full-time, Form M1/M2),
— Availability of technical personnel who will be involved in the implementation of the agreement as follows:
1. Minimum 3 construction engineers for performance,
2. Manpower and technical staff — minimum of 30 employees.
— (Attaching the M1/M2 Form) or certificate from the employment agency not older than 2 months counting backwards from the date of opening of bids.
Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:
— A list of the principal deliveries,
— A minimum of 2 completed the same or similar things in the past 3 years with the values, dates, buyers (contracting Authorities or Economic Operators), a certificate for deliveries issued by the recipients or a recommendation from the investor that has done quality work with a value less than 800 000 MKD, if such certificates can not be provided for reasons beyond the control of the economic operator, only a statement of deliveries, as well as copies of contracts (1

— A copy of the ratings for conducting engineers and M1/M2 Forms or Confirmation of the Employment Agency not older than 2 months counting backwards from the date of opening of the bids,
— A description of the technical equipment which the economic operator submits documents for its possession (copies of driving license, invoice agreement for transfer of equipment, etc.),
— Statement on the technical staff and technical bodies regardless of whether they belong directly to the economic operator,

— Also a technical equipment that the economic operator has available to perform specific public contract minimum:
a. 2 combined excavators,
b. 3 mini excavators,
c. 2 mini loaders,
d. 2 vibrating rollers,
e. 4 vibrators,
f. 2 directional plates,
g. 2 per vibrators for concrete,
h. 2 tipper truck (1) load at minimum 20 t and (1) load minimum 7 t,
i. 1 truck with crane,
j. 2 3-phase units,
k. 3 pumps for water extraction,
l. Finisher Asphalt range 1.15 m-2.20 m.
