In order to prove its personal status, the economical operator should submit the following documents:

— statement of the economic operator stating that no effective verdict has been pronounced in the past 5 years for participation in criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering;

— confirmation that no bankruptcy procedure has been initiated by a competent authority;

— confirmation that no liquidation procedure has been initiated by a competent authority;

— confirmation for paid taxes, contributions and other public fees from the authority competent in the country where the economic operator has been registered;

— confirmation from the Registry for penalties for committed criminal acts of the legal entities stating that no secondary penalty,…

… ban on participation in open call procedures, on awarding of contracts for public procurement and contracts on public-private partnership has been pronounced;

… temporary penalty or permanent ban on the performance of particular activity has been pronounced;

— confirmation stating that no misdemeanour sanction — ban on the performance of the profession, activity or obligation, i.e. temporary ban on the performance of a particular activity has been pronounced with the effective verdict.

Техничка и професионална способност:

— to have a working experience of at least 3 years in providing geodetic services.

— a minimum of 5 / five / employees, of which 1 / one / with an Authorization issued by a competent authority in the Republic of Macedonia, with the title authorized geodetic surveyor to perform operational field geodetic elaborations for special purposes that are of significance for maintaining the real estate survey and cadastre,

— to own a bi-frequency instrument for global positioning (GPS) with a setting at the base stations of MAKPOS — network,

— to possess a total station for geodetic recording,

— to own a plotter for mapping astrolons and hammer.

— if the address of the bidder is not in the area of the address of the contracting authority, said bidder must have a registered subsidiary in the area of the address of the contracting authority or to have a business cooperation with an economic operator/subsidiary based in the territory of the contracting authority.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

1.List of geodetic services in the field of surveying work in the last 3 / three / years, including values, dates, buyers (contracting authorities or economic operators), attaching at least 3 / three / certificates of satisfactory services provided, issued by recipients (contracting authorities or economic operators) — contracts and certificates shall be submitted as a photocopy verified with a seal and signature and designation true to the original.

2. Statement by the economic operator for technical and personnel equipment and capability, submitting:

— Certificates (M1/M2 forms) for at least 5 /five/ employees, of which 1 /one/ licensed surveyor with an Authorization issued by a competent authority in the Republic of Macedonia for acquiring the title authorized

surveyor to perform operational field geodetic works for special purposes of significance for maintaining the real estate survey and cadastre,

3. A census list with a copy of the invoice (or any other valid document — such as a sale and purchase agreement) as proof of ownership or disposal with:

— Bi-frequency instrument for global positioning (GPS) with setting at base stations of the MAKPOS — network,

— Total station for geodetic recording,

— Plotter for mapping astrolons and hammer.

4. Decision to affiliate or a Contract of business-technical cooperation (joint bid, technical support, subcontractor) with an economic operator established in the territory of the contracting authority, who meets the same criteria for defining the technical ability as does the bidder.
