The economic operator shall submit the following documents for the purpose of proving its personal standing:

— a statement by the economic operator that a legally valid court decision for participation in criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering has not been pronounced against him in the last 5 years

— certificate by a competent authority that a…

… bankruptcy procedure has not been initiated

… liquidation procedure has not been initiated

— certificate by a competent authority from the country of registration of the economic operator for paid taxes, contributions and other public dues

— certificate by the Register of sentences for committed crimes of legal entities that a secondary sentence…

… prohibiting the participation in open call procedures, contract award procedures and awarding of contracts for public private partnership, has not been imposed

… for temporary or permanent prohibition on performing a certain activity, has not been imposed

— certificate that a misdemeanor sanction resulting in prohibition for practising a profession, performing activity or duty, or temporary prohibition on performing a particular activity has not been imposed by a legally valid court decision.

Техничка и професионална способност:

Required documents to prove the technical and professional of the economic operator:

— Statement of having at disposal of a minimum of one (1) person holding a certificate for installation of the equipment and training of employees and that the person will be accessible during the term of the agreement, certified and signed by the economic operator regardless of whether the person is an employee of the economic operator

— statement of having at disposal a minimum of one (1) person holding a certificate for equipment servicing and maintenance

— confirmation that a minimum of one (1) delivery, installation and putting into operation of the equipment which is the subject matter of procurement has been made, issued by the recipient or if such confirmation cannot be provided for reasons beyond control of the economic operator, only with his statement for delivery and installation made

— statement of the validity of the warranty period (warranty) for the equipment offered

— statement of secured service and spare parts for a minimum of ten years

— statement of capacity of the economic operator for connecting and aligning with the existing Kinoton 35 mm equipment

— notification of the elements of the agreement which the economic operator intends to subcontract.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

Minimum criteria for determining the technical and professional capacity of the economic operator: — to have available a minimum of one (1) person holding a certificate who will be accessible during the term of the agreement (for installation of the equipment and staff training)

— to have available of a minimum of one (1) person holding a certificate who will be responsible for service and maintenance of the equipment,

— to have made a minimum of one (1) delivery, installation and putting into operation the equipment which is the subject of procurement,

— warranty period (warranty) of the equipment offered shall be a minimum of 12 months after the equipment has been put into operation,

— to have secured service and spare parts for the equipment which is the subject of procurement for a minimum of 10 years,

— to be able to connect and alight the existing Kinoton (35 mm) equipment for a film held by the Purchaser.
