To be registered as a legal entity for performance of the activity in relation to the subject of public procurement:

— document for registered activity as a proof that they have been registered as a legal entity for performance of the activity in relation to the public procurement agreement and proof that they are part of a professional association pursuant to the regulations of the country where they are registered.

Економска и финансиска состојба:

In order to qualify as capable of implementing the public procurement contract in terms of its economic and financial capability, the economic operator shall meet the following minimum requirements:

— the economic operator shall have a positive account balance for the last three years (2014, 2013 and 2012),

— Statement of overall turnover (data from the balance sheet issued by the competent authority, i.e. audited balance sheet) and, where appropriate, of turnover in the area covered by the public procurement contract and the last 3 financial years for which such data are available, depending on the date on which the company was founded or started work and depending on the availability of such information, or

— report on the balance sheet certified by a competent authority, i.e. an audited balance sheet or extracts from the balance sheet where publication of the balance sheet is required under the law of the country where the economic operator is established.

Техничка и професионална способност:

In order to qualify as capable of implementing the public procurement contract in terms of its technical and professional capability, the economic operator shall meet the following minimum requirements:

— The economic operator must prove its work experience regarding deliveries conducted in the past three years (2014, 2013 and 2012);

— The economic operator must provide a detailed technical description of the products subject to delivery;

— The economic operator must have at its disposal a minimum of 3 staff members certified by the manufacturer for installation and service of the products subject to delivery by listing the educational and professional qualifications, as well as proof that the listed individuals are hired/contracted by the economic operator (M1/M2 form/ contract commitment and short biography etc.) regardless of whether they directly belong to the economic operator, and

— The economic operator must be technically equipped for carrying out the subject of the public procurement contract;

— Reference list of at least three deliveries, same as those of the subject of the public procurement contract, conducted in the past 3 years (2014, 2013 and 2012) containing values, dates and customers for each of the realized deliveries, accompanied by at least three statements for quality deliveries of the contracts issued by the customers and listed in the reference list for the past 3 years (2014, 2013 and 2012), or if such statements cannot be provided due to reasons beyond the control of the economic operator, only with its statement regarding the conducted deliveries;

— Statement signed by the responsible person at the economic operator that the products subject to delivery have the characteristics listed in the technical specifications, catalogues, brochures etc., as well as a detailed technical description of the products subject to delivery, and

— Statement on hired expert staff with a minimum of three individuals certified by the manufacturer for installation and service of the products subject to delivery by listing the educational and professional qualifications, as well as proof that the listed individuals are hired/contracted by the economic operator (M1/M2 form/contract commitment and short biography etc.) regardless of whether they directly belong to the economic operator, and

— Statement with a list of the technical equipment of the economic operator, proving that it is technically equipped for carrying out the procurement subject, signed by the responsible person at the economic operator.

Потребни депозити и гаранции: 5 % of the contract value (the total value with VAT).
