Техничка и професионална способност:

1.Statement that the economic operator meets all the requirements for processing of archival materials pursuant to the Law on Archival Materials (Official Gazette of the RM no.95/12), the Decree on Office and Archive Work (Official Gazette of RM no.1/14), the instructions on the manner and the techniques of treatment of archival and documentary materials in office and archive work and the appropriate rulebooks on their application,

2.Valid certificate for a certified person for management of information security and certified forms M1/M2 that prove the existence of the employment of the expert in the company;

3.The economic operator should provide an evidence that it possesses an Archival Safe in accordance with the legal acts and the by-laws on archive work by indicating a security specification of the Archive Safe signed by the manager;

4.List of performed archival services (digitalization, description and signature on documentation, selection and validation of archival materials);

5.To deliver 3 recommendations for performed archival services (digitalization, description and signature on documentation, selection and validation of archival materials);

6.Statement that it will provide a possibility for an insight of the complete hardware and software equipment, staff, spatial and technical compliance by means of a visit and conversation with key employees in the registered economic operators regarding the project. (The information will be kept for internal use for the purposes of the evaluation process),

- Certificate for security of information and information systems ISO 27.001.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

1.The economic operator should meet all the requirements for processing of archival materials pursuant to the Law on Archival Materials (Official Gazette of the RM no.95/12), the Decree on Office and Archive Work (Official Gazette of RM no.1/14), the instructions about the manner and the techniques of treatment of the archive and the documentary materials in office and archive work and the appropriate rulebooks on their application,

2.The economic operator should possess an employee – manager on security of information and information system;

3.The economic operator should possess an archive safe (Media Vault) as a minimally acceptable standard for storage and protection of microfilm tapes;

4.The economic operator should have experience in digitalization (conversion) and archive work;

5.The economic operator should deliver at least 3 recommendations from different entities, with valid evidence for performed services of digitalization of documentary and archive materials of large scale, in an amount equal to, or larger than 100 000 pages for each one of them,

6.Provided possibility for an insight of the complete hardware and software equipment by means of a visit and conversation with key employees in the registered economic operators regarding the project. (The information will be kept for internal use for the purposes of the evaluation process),

- Certificate for security of information and information systems ISO 27.001.
