The carrier of the procurement is obliged to deliver the subject of procurement immediately upon the conclusion of the contract. The carrier of the procurement is obliged to continually deliver the electric energy, the subject of the contract, through the corresponding electric-energy system, to all the facilities of the contracting authority listed in the technical specification.

In order to prove its personal status, the economical operator should submit the following documents:

— statement of the economic operator stating that no effective verdict has been pronounced in the past 5 years for participation in criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering;

— confirmation that no bankruptcy procedure has been initiated by a competent authority;

— confirmation that no liquidation procedure has been initiated by a competent authority;

— confirmation for paid taxes, contributions and other public fees from the authority competent in the country where the economic operator has been registered;

— confirmation from the Registry for penalties for committed criminal acts of the legal entities stating that no secondary penalty,…

… ban on participation in open call procedures, on awarding of contracts for public procurement and contracts on public-private partnership has been pronounced;

… temporary penalty or permanent ban on the performance of particular activity has been pronounced;

— confirmation stating that no misdemeanour sanction — ban on the performance of the profession, activity or obligation, i.e. temporary ban on the performance of a particular activity has been pronounced with the effective verdict.

Техничка и професионална способност:

— to own a license to perform energy related professional activity, procurement of electric energy;

— to own EIC code issued by AD MEPSO — Skopje, as an entity performing energy related professional activity, transfer of electricity;

— to be a registered as participant in the electricity market, in accordance with the Rules on the electricity market;

— to have signed a contact on balance responsibility in accordance with the Rules on the electricity market.

— License to perform energy related professional activity, procurement of electric energy;

— EIC code issued by AD MEPSO;

— Contract on the terms and manner of participation in the Electricity market;

— Contact on balance responsibility.
