Any interested person can participate in the public opening of the bids. Only authorized representatives of bidders can participate in the public opening of bids by giving their comments in the minutes of the opening of bids. Authorized representatives of the economic operators at the public opening must have with them an authorization signed by the responsible person of the economic operator. All authorized representatives of economic operators, attending the public opening, should sign an attendance sheet. The tender documentation forms are attached to the announcement and are available to all interested bidders.
