In order to prove its personal status, the economical operator should submit the following documents:
— statement of the economic operator stating that no effective verdict has been pronounced in the past 5 years for participation in criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering,
— confirmation that no bankruptcy procedure has been initiated by a competent authority,
— confirmation that no liquidation procedure has been initiated by a competent authority,
— confirmation for paid taxes, contributions and other public fees from the authority competent in the country where the economic operator has been registered,
— confirmation from the Registry for penalties for committed criminal acts of the legal entities stating that no secondary penalty,…
… ban on participation in open call procedures, on awarding of contracts for public procurement and contracts on public-private partnership has been pronounced,
… temporary penalty or permanent ban on the performance of particular activity has been pronounced,
— confirmation stating that no misdemeanour sanction,
— ban on the performance of the profession, activity or obligation, i.e. temporary ban on the performance of a particular activity has been pronounced with the effective verdict.
Техничка и професионална способност:
Capability for performing professional activity of the economical operator:
— Document for registered professional activity,
— Document for registered professional activity (DRA) form,
— A statement that the technical equipment meets the criteria for the smooth performance of the activity and a description of the technical equipment and capacity of the economic operator,
— Machinery and equipment necessary for the preparation of subject of the procurement,
— Statement that the bidder/economic operator has a minimum of 1 person who is certified by the manufacturer of the equipment.
Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:
— The economic operators to be technically equipped and trained to perform the activity,
— The economic operator to have a minimum of 1 person certified by the manufacturer of the equipment.
Извршување на договорот
Правна форма што треба да ја преземе групата економски оператори на која ќе се додели договорот:
The Contracting Authority will not require the group of bidders to join in a special legal form, if they are chosen as the carrier of the contract in a form of a separate legal entity registered for the activity.
