— The economic operator shall be registered as a physical or legal entity for performing the activity related to the subject of the agreement for public procurement or a proof that it belongs to an appropriate professional association in accordance with the regulations in the country where it is registered;

— A decision that it is registered in the register for legal entities for wholesale of medical devices issued by the Agency for medicines and medical devices.

Техничка и професионална способност:

— A decision for registering the medical device in the register for medical devices available in the Republic of Macedonia or a Temporary permission, i.e. a Final permission for parallel import of the medical device, issued by the Agency for medicines and medical devices.
