Ability of the economic operator to perform business activity: -Document for registered activity
To establish the qualification of performing professional activity of the economic operators which performs activity related to the subject matter of the contract for public procurement or evidence that it belongs to appropriate association, economic operators shall submit document for performing registered activity according to the regulations in the country where it is registered.

Minimum qualification requirements on the economic and financial standing of the economic operator:
If economic operator performs the activity less than three years, the minimum condition for establishing economic and financial state is to realize the financial turnover for the years where data exists.

Documents on the technical or professional ability of the economic operator:
To deliver evidence for at least three successful contracts, contracted in the last three years (2012, 2013, 2014) for similar subject matter.

Statement from the responsible person that the products will be delivered on time, with good quality and with duration and declaration on every product.
Minimum qualification requirements on the technical and professional ability of the economic operator:
— To possess evidence from at least three successful contracts, contracted in the last three years (2012, 2013, 2014) for subject matter of similar character and size.
— To own vehicles for transport of food products.
— The bidder shall guarantee that the products will be delivered regularly, with the offered quality, with duration and obligatory product declaration.
